Hotel was nice, location was great but there are a couple things that I took note of;
1. Upon arrival they did not ask for ID at all. They asked my last name and that was all. (I never been to a hotel that didn’t ask for an ID)
2. There was a weird stain on the couch arm
3. As far as room cleanliness goes the floor did not seem to be swept or mopped as there was a bunch of hair on the floor
4. The sink stopper kept getting stuck so every time we used the sink the water would fill up in the sink.
Other than that the hotel was nice the location was good for what I needed to be in town for.

Room and location were great. Front desk/check-in experience was great. The only annoyance was the room service--see below. I had a big work deadline and was hoping to get food delivered so I could keep working, but that didn't happen.
I'm all about the little things. Today I checked in there were complimentary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies coming out of the oven for guests for the holidays.
The staff is always warm and welcoming.
And if you want to catch a great sunset, you just have to step outside and look to the left. Right in front of you is a great view of Dorney Park.
There is a restaurant on site. 24-hour fitness center. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was super comfortable. Mini fridge in room, desk and all the essential toiletries provided. Indoor pool. Complimentary coffee!
The Four Points Sheraton is close to the Lehigh Valley Airport. And there's a gas station right up the block. When you're a business traveler. All of these things mean so much.
This is my hotel of choice when I'm in the Lehigh Valley on business.

Not right on the highway, but conveniently close. Quiet time is from 10pm
Pool is a great plus (although it is chilly)
Pleasant and safe atmosphere
The rooms were clean, ours came with a microwave and two mini fridges (one was pretty loud at night). Breakfast wasn’t included, the on site restaurant was underwhelming, I wouldn’t recommend food there. The gym was surprisingly well appointed.
My husband Jon booked us a room at this hotel the night of 8/8 and when we arrived we were not only told that they had overbooked the hotel without any notification prior to our arrival, but were treated very rudely and poorly by the person …
